From now to 19 April, SKAI Bar joins Disaronno’s global celebration of the iconic Godfather cocktail — presenting a curated trio of creations inspired by the timeless blend of whisky and amaretto.
Set against the city skyline, discover a late-night experience where bold flavours, refined spirits and modern interpretations come together.
THE COCKTAILS
Godfather
A true classic, built on the richness of Woodford Reserve Bourbon and the smooth, almond notes of Disaronno, finished with a touch of orange peel.
Biscotti
A dessert-inspired indulgence featuring Diplomatico Mantuano Rum, Disaronno and cacao brown liqueur, layered with caramel and cream, and finished with a biscotti garnish.
Coco Amaretto Sour
A tropical twist on a familiar favourite — combining bourbon, Disaronno, coconut, lemon and sugar for a bright yet balanced finish.
Priced at $26++, available daily at SKAI Bar from 5pm to 1am.
