Born in Seoul and shaped by bar programmes across Singapore and South Korea, Solla Park brings a refined, creative approach to cocktail craft at SKAI Bar.
With over seven years of experience, including time at acclaimed bars such as Jigger & Pony and Le Chamber, she has developed a style defined by precision, balance and thoughtful flavour combinations. A Giffard West Cup Asia Champion and a recognised name on the cocktail competition circuit, Solla continues to push creative boundaries behind the bar.
As Head Mixologist of SKAI Bar on Level 70, she leads the bar’s evolving drinks programme, crafting bold and refined cocktails designed to complement the skyline views and vibrant atmosphere.
With a massive passion in hospitality, Julianne has been in the F&B industry for almost 18 years across countries such as Italy and Singapore.
A driven and motivated individual, Julianne bridges the gap to deliver an exceptional experience. With a customer service mindset, outstanding communication skills and problem-solving ability, Julianne, together with the help of her dynamic team has helped SKAI Bar climb to its current position of being the top 5 Bar in Singapore on TripAdvisor.
Known as Mama Jules by her peers, Julianne manages the team at SKAI Bar with love and puts their needs ahead of hers
