On 2 December 2025, SKAI Bar welcomes Macau’s acclaimed Vida Rica Bar for a special one-night takeover, presented in collaboration with Perrier.

Led by Head Mixologist Juan Lagos, the evening brings Vida Rica’s expressive, story-driven style to Level 70. Guests can look forward to a curated showcase of technique, identity and flavour through a menu of five signature cocktails, each crafted to reflect Juan’s distinctive approach.

Known for layering cultural references with Macau-inspired elements, Vida Rica Bar creates drinks that highlight precision, character and narrative. Juan will present favourites such as Zen Garden, Lucky 8 and Macau Sour. Each cocktail is priced at $25++.
